Discovered huge intake air leak

I discovered the forward air/oil separator petcock wide open. This is essentially causing a massive intake leak at the inlet tube right before the throttle body and after the MAF since its open to the air.
No idea how long its been this way. It has always ran fine but...
Was it like this when doing the tune last year? My tuner had said at one point:
"are you running an aftermarket intake setup on this? If you aren't, you've likely got a monumental exhaust leak upstream of the Front O2 sensor based on this obscene lean trimming."
I did have a the GR86 intake fitted on my 2013 with the FA24 swap. So he adjusted the tune based on that info.
If I run it with the AOS closed now, will it be able to compensate? I assume it will be too rich if anything?
I can get a 2nd and 3rd pull logged if that will help. (I have no idea what to look for). But I wont have any track time logging available for a three weeks yet.
