Swapping brz seats

Just picked up a 23 subaru brz premium trim and it comes with the base seats. Looking to swap in the higher trim ones (red stitching) for them. Has anyone done this and is there anything I should take note of when swapping?

Seems like people have been swapping them with no issues. The airbags don't need to be coded like BMW seats

Got it, thanks! I believe the seats have a connector for heating, though the trim i have doesnt. Would i need a resistor to bypass or can it just be left disconnected?

No issues there, safe to leave unplugged
