You could try Griots Garage cremic trim wipes. It will revitalize the color and protect it. Use in ventilated area

I've been street driving my FA20 swapped FRS for a couple of months now and everything seems good. I reinstalled my Accusump and Verus AOS for some track days when the weather cools off. New Champiro SX tires got here today.

Nothing at all! I don't know how you look at extra noise but there is a bit of whine, which I used to have before with an aluminum driveshaft from DSS so I actually kinda missed that. Rev matching seems a bit easier for some reason (I have a lightweight flywheel) and flywheel chatter when decelerating in 5th seems to be lessened also.

Sounds great man, i've thought about doing a lw driveshaft, but don't know if i will ever do so. I've done enough over the last 10 yrs i suppose. The last thing i really wanted to do was drop the 4.10s and put in 4.56s but ultimately abandoned that idea. I'm working on going back to my roots and getting another 60s/70s car, i will keep my FRS though.

Swapped front and rear sway bar bushings. Fronts were pretty toast after 180k km.

Wow what a curve!!

Did a tint/sun strip this afternoon. Really can't tell what a curve our windshields have until you do a strip. Measures 6" in the center to the spot just below the black ceramic dots all the way to 8-1/8" at the far right or left. Messed up the first try cause a gust of wind had to blow just as i was lifting it off to apply inside and got crinkled. I think it turned out great, i should've had the tint shop do a strip for me yrs ago when i had all the others done, but the satisfaction of doing it yourself is wonderful. My Rav4 was much easier, not nearly as curved.

Were there any symptoms that lead to you replacing this? I have noises from my front end and wondering if this is the cause.

You'd hear and feel some clunks when darting left and right. Bushings aren't expensive, and would be considered a wear item.

I changed mine after 130k kms and the expansion didn't look as bad as @RToyo86 but the clunks were getting to me.

In my case there was no obvious symptoms. I knew they would be tired given the mileage, and track days I've done. Trying to dial in cars handling, and refresh the rubber bits to get a proper baseline.

Next part will probably be front control arms, hardrace arms or OEM.

New wheels installed. Nice to be on "comfy" street tires again.

I have these https://www.bfgoodrichtires.com/auto...omp-2-a-s-plus Only 20K miles on them and almost down to the wear bars, 45K mile warranty but out since just over 6 years old.
My next tires will be "comfy" ones too.

Removed rear glass tint. Got 95% of the glue removed but I will need to go over it again. At 6' 4" the back seat is kinda tight. Old tint was starting to bubble and I never liked it anyway.
