it's been 2 weeks now... my web tracking status should change soon from "in production" to "on the ship" and should have my VIN and Engine number...or else i'll be freaking out...

Mine changed to "In Production" on 28th of July, my understanding is that it takes about 9-10 days for the vehicle to be finished, so I expect it to change again by tomorrow/Wednesday.

Not too fussed, as long as they do a good job!

They must really be thrashing it in the parking lot

lol just relax - it took 11 days for mine to switch over and when it did my ETA still stayed the same - I'm sure it's on the ship by now.

The early June orders should see status change to scheduled for prod. around the 27th of this month if we are lucky.

So i got a proactive call from my dealer friday to advise me to disregard the info on the tracker as its generally slow to update from in production to on the ship.

he confirmed my car has been completed and is waiting to be loaded on a boat.

turns out they were watching their customer's cars progress too and started to get worried when it hadn't updated to on the ship so that it would be ready for the scheduled delivery date so phoned up to find out what was going on.

gotta love having someone so on the ball

I ordered (for the 2nd time) on the 12th. I will lower my expectations to have a production date by the start of September. Looks like I will get to enjoy my 91 Pulsar for a few extra months. How I wish I didn't sell my Honda just yet.
