I have completely cut out drugs(pot) and significantly cut back on alcohol since October.
I have so much more energy through the day and far less brain fog. I probably average a single drink per week since then. |

Part of me doesn't even want to "keep track" of this anymore, since the desire to drink alcohol isn't something that even remotely comes close to entering my headspace these days. It just doesn't feel like something I'm actively "doing", so therefore it doesn't feel like some big accomplishment that I need to track. That being said, I'm of course sincerely thankful for everyone here and elsewhere that has supported me throughout this journey of not drinking alcohol. I also enjoy hearing about other people's experiences with quitting drinking.

It's funny you say that because after I saw your post I was trying to remember when I quit and just don't recall. It's in this thread somewhere but it doesn't really matter anymore.
