The Corvette ZR1X

As if the 1000 HP of the ZR1 wasn't enough. Chevrolet added an electric engine, missive carbon brakes, gave it AWD, and an "Overtake" button. For good measure.

I honestly give Chevy big props for putting together this insane car.

I give GM huge props, but this is so over the top, I doubt that many of these will get driven at all, or maybe at 10% or less throttle on public roads. Anything more than that will end up like a Mustang after a Cars and Coffee meet.

Eh - even AWD can't defeat physics forever! The difference is it'll happen at 100 instead of 35.

I drove a Lamborghini Huracan EVO on track last year. Even with all the nannies on, it was still eager to swap ends with too much throttle after the apex.

I'm just so relieved to see a car built with proper priorities. A couple of yrs ago it looked like the world was moving towards neutered wokemobiles.
