Anyway, I ran the tap up through. It barely did anything on one side, so I feel good about that. On the other side, it did quite a bit of cutting, and the thread fit is sloppy, but the torque wrench clicked at 107, so ![]() -Mike |

You're going to need the actual dims when you specify your custom spacers. It would've been easier to give the numbers like I asked.

Again, I know the original question was very difficult, but I’ve already got them modelled and programmed, so the answer is, “I will be.”

Nobody makes them because they aren't necessary. See how the axes are made collinear at one end? That's all you need. The rest is for ease of assembly.

Anyone have experience with Tein EnduraPro shocks/struts, for lowering springs specifically?
I'm considering pairing these with D2 lowering springs I already have. I want something that can handle a lowering spring long term without blowing like the OE damper. The adjustability is a nice bonus to me. Tein's marketing is a bit confusing. They say these are intended to be used with OE size springs, but can be used with Tein lowering springs as well. I understand there may be differences in bump/droop travel between this and a B8, but my priority is reliability. These are WAY cheaper than a Koni Yellow or Bilstein B8 - enough to give me pause. I understand you often get what you pay for in the aftermarket, but I do due diligence when there's a $700+ price delta. So, what gives? |

I could not help but wonder what RotARy15 is doing these mods to his car for and how will he drive it... I guess your answer is brief because you don't want to get into detailed advice based on usage. I wonder about the quality of advice if you don't ask questions so you can give better advice.
