Best tool for the job

So before I begin welding on new parts i need to get this “frame” back level again i was going to buy a porto power hydraulic kit but i feel the tool wont fit between the structure to get a good grip. Anyone know a tool for this. I wont use the torch and hammer method because that degrades the strength of the metal USELESS i weld additional reinforcements to it. Im not to worried about the point where jack stands would go because after everything is done ill weld a reinforced beam behind it due to from experience the jack points aren’t that strong. The last pictures is my donor which I’ve thought about just replacing the entire portion instead but haven’t looked into that.

Seems a candidate for a frame straightening table, clamps, scaffolding and lots of chains.

If you can roll it, might schedule it with a local body shop for a couple hours rather than weeks of your free time ?

You can ask them for an estimate with a few more pics of the affected area and shots down the side, top and bottom.
Then you'll know what you have to worry about rather than guessing.

Having multiple shops bidding would be a good thing too.
