Another noob question. I know not to reuse my oil cooler. Today, I took it off and found metallic bits in the oil that drained out. I'm guessing the lines are ok to reuse after a good cleaning.

If it rinses clean I’d run them.

I found a can of cleaner that I had from another project. I'll flush with motor oil before installing.

Those rods are actively on the way to me. I blew my stock engine, and thought building it would be more reliable than replacing it with a used one or OEM with non forged internals.

Seeing it destroyed like that is a little ominous ngl lol

Rods look totally fine to me from what I can see from a picture on the internet. No heat damaged on either end and don’t look bent
