If I was to win a lottery I'd have me an Evora like this one. I think it would be comfy on the super slab, has just enough room for two and carry cases for an extra long weekend get away. Plus, if you find yourself on some back road mountain twisties or hill country you're just a push of the right foot away from bliss!

I want new, plus very little dealer or other support for a Lotus while traveling. I don't think you want some mechanic in Albuquerque attempting to take a clam off of the first Evora they have ever seen for a repair.

As it is, if I have a major repair on my Exige I can't do, the closest dealer/lotus shop is either Seattle or NorCal bay area.

If you're more interested on the F Sport, could also try order one to your spec, though I'm not too familiar with how possible that is, ordering a Crosstrek might be a little different than ordering a Lexus lol.

The name is an ohmage to Cadillac being the most named vehicle in all of recorded music, but yea, not the best.

As far as road trips, that was a concern, but is quickly going away. The only difference between a EV and ICE on the road is charging times. If you plan it right (and the car does most of that for you) it is pretty minimized. I ran scenarios with our most often taken road trips and the added time was minimal when traveling with family.

If I'm driving solo, I only stop for gas, so the time differential will increase there.

Ultimately we still have two ICE vehicles in the stable if time is a concern.
