I was referring to mass, but also to the relative hardness of a truck made of 1.8mm thick stainless steel. I'm not sure "pedestrian safety" and "crumple zone" were commonly used terms in the CT development team.

Seems like the crumple zones are good. The wheels are meant to twist out of the way, the motor drops, so to save the battery. I wouldn't expect the rear wheels to turn too or the rear light bar to pop off, but oh well.

It might have thick steel like "how they use to make cars", but it is a good thing they don't make em like they use to. But realistically, forces will likely transfer to the driver more, for sure.

I wouldn't have expected anything else. Everything is great in a vacuum but when a comparison is done the harshness is obvious.

Judging by the cloud of rust that appears when it's hit, it was closer to rotisserie restoration material than prime condition.

I recall reading they'd done that crash test without an engine in the Bel Air, not sure why. Then again all it would have meant is more damage on the dummy legs!

Maybe, I guess I saw the rust dust as paint. Doing the test without an engine pretty much invalidates it as well it would seem to me.

when you add a rule your not supposed to...that doesnt help lol.

A traffic circle (2 lane) is easy to understand. Inner lane gets to exit at all turns, outer lane yields to inner lane, and outer lane is only allowed to exit at the NEXT exit.
Here in Oilberta, they added a rule that the outer lane can exit the next exit AND the one after that....(straight through). Makes no sense and introduces a collision point at the second exit....

With how many people who have no clue how a traffic circle works....this is just adding to stupidity.
