How to: Manual Swap FRS/BRZ

Out of curiosity, can you not just reflash the ABS module instead of getting a different one from a manual car?

This is for a 2017+ BRZ/86 however majority of the points will work for the 2013-2016 year models.

(For the Front chassis harness you'll most likely be able to repin it so you dont have to remove and replace it)

For 13-16 there are a few Modules you want to swap over such as the ECU & BCM! You will also need to replace all interior electrical components from the SAME CAR, the reason being is because these model years have an issue with the immobilizer tweaking up on you. You need a list of immobilizer components to swap over such as:

BCM, Cluster, ECU, ABS, Donor Key, Key Cylinder, Interior dash harness and the Power steering module.

Just want to clarify but you used 17+ parts for the swap on a 13-16 car and these are the additional things you had to do?
