It was a general conversation. The jist of what I was told was they really weren't sure what was to happen with it.

All they were sure of was it wasn't going to be a test drive car for TG.

Just got back from Mosport..Participated in a closed course session comparing the
FR-S and the dare I say Genesis2.0T/Boat..Our course was set up with some slalom, tight corners and a couple of straight spots into the corners..They let us drive the cars hard so we could really see what the car was capable of..Gotta say that I didn't even want to sit inside the genesis after a few rips in it..way too bulky..The FR-S is by far the best handling and the most fun..you can literally do anything you want in it from sliding the back end out around the corners to threading through cones with what seems like ease.
If you have not had a chance to drive your FR-S on a track or a closed circuit..I do highly advise you try it..most fun you'll have in a car!

So I have the Canadian version of the BeSpoke head unit.

Why can't I find the App to connect my iPhone???

When I plug my phone in it says "you need an application to use this device" and I search and search the app store to no avail.

Can anyone point me in the right direction???

I did try this BTW

You don't need any app if you have an Iphone 4/4s.

Go into bluetooth, add device, then do the same from the phone (general settings, blue tooth, enable). Once the devices sync, you can access all your contacts and music directly through the "BT" source selection.

Just yesterday I was on the 417 going up the hill into Kanata and a white BRZ pulled up beside me and gave a friendly wave of recognition. I had just got my Raven FR-S tinted.

(I live this car too man!)

Thanks guys!!

Already have the ODO reading 250 :P I've become almost fluid with the starts and hill starts now. On hill starts the car rolls back like an inch before I get it holding and going, is that fine? Tips? Should I stick to usign the handbreak?

Also, where in Ottawa can I get a clear bra installed to protect the front?

If you're new to driving manual, get a few lessons from ProShift.

I can't recommend that fellow enough for anyone who wants to learn to drive manual.

He'll make sure you learn good habits and identify any bad ones you may have already picked up.

JC!

Yeap, I took 3 hours of lessons with him. But that was like a 2 months ago. BUT EVERYTHING HE SAID came back to me everytime I was messing up.

I was able to EASILY identify what I was doing wrong when stalling etc. I didn't have to just wing it. It's been only 2 days and I' just got home from a round trip where I had completely smooth journey (for the most part, just bumpy a bit when i shift from first to second) with no stalls :P

I still have a lot more to learn!

Need smoother upshifts, especially from 1-2 !
