Okay I understand you're frustrated or angry, but seriously? They're are people dying in other countries, kids without families, and homeless people, and you're going to sit here and be angry they drove it on a 2 1/2 hole a few times, washed your car and "over revved" your car (even though it doesn't sound like they took it to 7400 RPM)?

I am lucky enough to have a mechanic who is also my friend of 24 years. He treats my car like I treat my car. Also most of the work I do on my car I do with him after hours.

So very very true, I'd hate to accidentally run into in person without having a tag floating above your head.

I see it more like this...

[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b55UF_wUbg0"]Traffic Light Beggars - YouTube[/ame]

The car wasn't ruined, the pothole wasn't horrific (although, drive around the damn thing if you know it is there!), a stalled car once wont ruin engine, and he didn't have it bouncing off the red line... My mistake was assuming that they weren't going to do something I didn't ask them to do. I figured since every other dealer I have ever dealt with asked if I wanted my car washed, this one would have too. My bad, I can guarantee this assumption will not be made again.

Pretty much this...

I've watched 3 times now. I didn't see or hear anything that could cause damage in the video.

Be glad you don't have a camera that see how the oil change monkeys crank down that drain plug, and either don't replace or double up the crush washer because it's painted on the plug when new.

Sleep well.
