Stock ride height can be achieved if that's what you are looking for. Full specs and details on the website product page. I'm not sure what you are asking for on tire clearance. Do the tires hit the shocks? no.

If you are asking whether the shocks allow the tires to bottom out against the body work, the front struts can be adjusted to do that. Obviously you want to adjust them where the tires do not bottom against the chassis. The default strut length adjustment in front is optimized for 255/40 on 17x9.
