Body filler big hole

Hi I got this big hole on my bumper I want to know what’s a good (inexpensive, some durability) to repair, here’s photos attached

That needs way more then body filler. Even if you happen to have the broken piece you would need to glass it from the back side first. Labor and materials it would be way cheaper just to buy a bumper.
