Well now, that sounds like an interesting cooking adventure.

However, you lost me with the "beef tongue".

Where I come from there are two parts of the cow that are not to be eaten, the tongue is one of them.

You're missing out! It's one of the best cuts. Usually the skin is removed first just like any other part of the cow. So you're not eating anything it's ever had in its mouth.

Buffalo Chicken Flatbread Pizza with Ranch and Buffalo Sauce drizzle.

Sometimes hospital food can be good even if the picture sucks!

My expensive as hell apartment hosts a few social events every year. Todays is a taco Thursday and they brought in a lady with a plancha to make legit Mexican street tacos, and they also have basically a small open bar with somewhat diluted but stil alcoholic margs, beer, and other stuff.

I want a proper wok burner for making Asian dishes. Just haven't pulled the trigger. Maybe this winter when the BBQ isn't being used as much.

I think kenji lopez on YouTube reviewed some a while back. Like the high powered, should only be used outside ones.

Most kitchens have terrible or no ventilation and are a health risk. But it's possible to buy proper ventilation. Just not at a store that sells to homeowners... The best they offer is ok for some things but still inadequate. Woks need high heat and put a lot of particulate into the air.

I think I may have seen that. Most decent burners I've seen are outdoor use, which I'm fine with.

All you need is a good hood. Last one I installed at my last house would make your hair stand up.

Another thing is gas. Most require a larger gas feed.

Completely agree. I just may have stronger opinions on what is adequate high CFM is required to overcome inadequate capture area, and it only goes so far. Even the best home hoods rarely capture front burners adequately.
I'll disagree on gas. A proper induction wok burner would also work quite well. But a dedicated fixture for wok is probably not what everyone wants. Gas is more flexible by far.
