2013 Scion FRS - 59k miles - Priced Low!
Hi all,
Up for sale is my 2013 Scion FRS. Completely stock/unmodified. It's been in my family for the last 10 years, so I have a full documented history with records going back all the way to 2013. Status: Clean title Miles: 59,520 Use: Weekend Car 2013-2023 Records: -All since 2013 -Blackstone labs Oil analysis records -Last oil change was a few days ago -New transmission and clutch assembly 3k miles ago -Brand new brake pads and rotors 3k miles ago -Coil packs and spark plugs replaced 5k miles ago History/Condition: -Hail damage in 2013 -Car was purchased by my family after the hail damage but prior to repair. We drove and enjoyed the car as-is for many years until the car got into a front-end collision, at which point there was an insurance claim. The collision itself wasn’t serious enough to total the vehicle. But the collision combined with the hail damage estimate resulted in the insurance company writing it off. This is reflected in the car fax. However, the car did NOT receive a salvage or rebuilt title. We bought it back from the insurance as a clean title vehicle and repaired the front-end body damage. It currently has a clean and clear NJ title and has been registered many times with no issues whatsoever. -Minor front-end damage in a parking lot in 2019 - repaired professionally using OEM parts. Have all receipts. At this point, all of the hail damage was repaired as well. -1 adult owner prior to my family’s ownership -Extensive maintenance records and receipts going back to when the car was first sold Interior: 9/10 Exterior: 7.5/10. The paint has some subtle imperfections that are not easy to see unless you’re really close. A good wet sand and polish would likely take care of it. Absolutely no rust. Mechanical: 9/10 Apologies for the long ad, but I always strive to be 100% transparent when selling anything, as I want the buyer to have a good experience at the end of the day. I've been on the receiving of a bad transaction a number of times, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through that. Bottom line - This is not a concourse-quality vehicle. But it’s a solid and sorted car ready to be enjoyed guiltlessly on the street or track. Clean title, completely sorted mechanically, tons of service records, and relatively low miles. Asking $15,500 OBO. Please reach out via DM or email me at renaissancereddy@gmail.com for any questions! I’ve tried to price this fairly - as in lower than what I see similar cars with higher miles going for. But feel free to make a reasonable offer! This car has been in our family for a long time, so I care more about it going to a good home than I do about the final sale price. Thanks!
