How to disable "Welcome" chimes?
I successfully disabled the annoying hyperactive seatbelt chimes when I picked the car up yesterday. But I get like 5-6 "welcome!" chimes when I turn the car on, and really hate it. Is there a way to disable those?

There was a photo a while ago of someone that removed the top of their dash and unplugged the speaker. I think it's two bolts under the cowl and you're done. I keep meaning to and haven't yet.
Another annoying chime is when you have the audacity to press the door handle to lock, if the other door is open. That speaker is under the hood, I believe. Last edited by Haust; 05-18-2023 at 01:37 PM. |
