I hadn't appreciated that Honda sold the Tye R with twin lights outside of Europe.

Yes, RCE Yellow Springs/OEM Struts to Tein Flex Z. Haven't had much of an opportunity to drive it but the little I did, it really didn't feel all that much different. I made no adjustments to the Tein's other than making sure they were all set to 8 clicks from 0. When I get my summers back on and get a proper alignment, I'll get to "play" around with it.

Finally installed new clutch today. Went with the X clutch 9.5 inch. First thing I noticed it the peddle is lighter than the ACT street clutch that has 100 ft lb less holding force. This one is a little more grabby but a lot smother than the ACT was at break in.

Since this thread is slow.

I drove my car home from work today. On the 2nd tank of gas after the clutch. Once it is empty will refill with E85 and hammer on the clutch to see if it is better than the ACT that I had before.

I decided to go out to the garage, reinstall my 4.3 diff, and start setting up my new coilover only to find out my RLCA's don't work with them. RacerX has a brace in their RLCA that other brands don't have and the Annex coilovers have a large lower mount that you use to set travel that don't play nice together

How much negative camber in front "should" you run for DD/canyon carving? -2 degrees?

1/2 a degree would be plenty for my sister to get a good run out of her tires. Though she would probably wear the insides more. I like -2.5 and get good wear over the life of the tire with suitable pressures. So it all depends!

That's what sucks about static camber. Have to decide between cornering or even tread wear. In reality, the cost of the rubber wasted is a pittance compared to overall cost of operation/ownership. We're only losing the ability to even out the wear through periodic tire rotation. IMO, for a DD, just toss in some negative and call it good.

I'm like -1.5 or so, plenty of grip for canyon carving but without compromising tires lofe span.

Drove it for the first time since it went into winter storage in October.

Weather forecast was a bit off though. Rainy drives are still fun.
