Actually, yes, lol. In the movies at least, no students are allowed to be roaming the halls at night. Less the forbidden forest at any time.


In the game, classes are attended during the day. Side quests and favors are accessed at any time. Students are on the halls and towns at all times. should you be roaming the halls at night and decide to take a class quest, the character simply sits on the floor and the game fast forwards the time to day.

i admit the punch card took me a minute. all the punch cards i've ever seen are white, and had large punches, only about 5-7 across.

That makes me nostalgic. Like when all games offered PVP split screen or offline play. Remember when you used to fight over controllers? Or when you'd have to wait an eternity for a PC game to load because that spinning disk was trying its best not to yeet into space?

I'd probably wager a bet those are just the major ones that every medium evolved towards. those other missing ones (zip drives, giant floppies, etc) usually were shorter lived and were in between these major ones that were standardized

There'd be a heckuva lot of them if we were going to go through them all

Here are my Atomic Heart thoughts.
I've been playing off line (no internet) but I'm guessing I've played between 5-10 hours.
Art work is good but is sparse.
Game play is nothing new, it feels a little dated in that regard.
Some of the game elements have a strong Bioshock overtone.
Given it is set in Russia so the American voice seems a little misplaced.
There is a lot of dialogue between the character and his AI glove. It is intrusive at times.

Game does not live up to what I was hoping. It is not bad, just not anything special.
Wait for discount.

lol, nothing about the part of only buying 1 disc, and then passing it around to an entire group so everyone can load in to play multiplayer?

Finally finished grounded after a week and a half of playing (100 in game days). Thanks to my buddy being a completionist, we even did the ridiculous extra ending. The game is really good looking. I played with a controller on PC and really should have just used keyboard and mouse.















Also finished portal RTX because why not lol

Sister surprised me and bought me Hogwarts Legacy even though I wasn't going to get it.

There is so much shit to do!
And that's after sinking nearly a week into it. 20+hrs.
The male voice for the main protag sounds alot like Daniel Radcliff though. XD
