Yeah Ill probably cut the flange and extend it so the joint is in a more open area down the middle and do a v band. Dyno day is in 13 days so just need to get it running at this point then I can worry about the rest of the exhaust.

I noticed that ASM's Track spec engine packages come with a brace so must be doing something. |

It is not clear to me why they even bothered 3 bolt flanging there, the header is easy to install with the back piece bolted on and you can barely get to the top bolt when it is in the car. I red loctited and tacked the bolts for now since it came off once.

So did anyone try putting a flex in the kpower midpipe. My plan is to do a vband instead of the 3 bolt flange and put a flex in as well. Whenever I get my kit.

yes, and go over the welds on the header and you shouldn't have issues.

Long weekend, car was once again flawless. Two more TT5 wins and now the NASA AZ / NASA SoCal Chuckwalla CW TT5 record too.
Thing just works.

Holy shit, that looks so fun lol. Nice work!
I have a best lap video but the driving is not great and the video quality is trash because AIM lives in 2008. Context: Left temp - coolant Right temp - oil Number above oil temp - oil pressure Car in front - BMW M2 CS Racing

Oil temps are pretty low for track duty, are you running an oil cooler? Been debating on if I need one or not. |

[QUOTE=Adamf220;3569335]Yeah, it has a Setrab 25 row left over from when the car was FA/Harrop. I'm going to get rid of it and datalog to see if I really need it.

Looking for the 54 Pin Connector Pinout Diagram
So, I've used the search function, gotten close, then no cigar lol. Curious if anyone has a pinout digram in order to make our own harness. I bought a new 54 pin engine harness plug and a k series engine harness with the hopes of creating my own but after 2 weeks of searching, I can't even find any diagrams or anything to help point me in the direction I'm trying to go. If anyone would be willing to message me any helpful links/diagrams/solutions, that would be greatly appreciated. I'm all about supporting Kpower and have gotten a bunch of their stuff, but would like to save a bit, and learn a bit, creating my own harness.
