Syria has around 3,500 tanks, Iran 4,500 and Iraq... well they lost most of theirs so have about 900. The NATO allies would have to be quick!

I'm thinking that 90% of the American tanks are already in Europe poised to kick Putin's backside.. And the remaining 10% on the American/Canadian borders just incase Canada wakes up..

According to the CBC:
The DND report that the Canadian Army has 112 Leopard 2 tanks in a number of different configurations, including 82 combat ready and 30 that are set up for engineering, (eg mine sweeping) or recovery, (eg retrieve disabled vehicles).
The 50 some odd Leopard 1 tanks that the Trudeau government failed to sell off back in 2018 are now being decommissioned for use as targets at CFB Cold Lake Alberta.

What's with the need for Canadian mine sweepers? Something happening in Canada that we should know about?

I think Russia has like 10-20k tanks between storage and active service. Hence why the A-10 was invented and the US didn't sign the anti-cluster munitions treaty.
