Does anyone else have a login, but no confirmed build date?

I have my login details, but no production month yet.

How does requesting login details put you to the back of the queue? These stories just keep getting better.

Stock controllers can set up login for the tracking site immediately after the car has been ordered (A00). The order will be shown as "still to be confirmed" but will show what car it is.

Just wondering how stock controllers control the stock after the car been ordered. Do they have any involvement in working out the order of cars to be built for the dealer they work for after A00?

Of course I'd love to see a powerful motor in this thing but I wouldn't be disappointed with a great handling car that may not go as fast in the 1/4 mile.
None whatsoever. Once the order is placed its out of their hands.

I ordered 6th of June and still says 'To Be Confirmed'.
Surely Toyota has some idea when cars ordered 2 months ago will be made !!

I ordered in March and didn't get a build date until June, it's not unheard of.

I am starting to get the impression that Australian Customers just keep getting suffled back and will continue to get shuffled back when there is demand from other markets like the US and Europe, those markets will get there cars first !! The whole situation is pretty poor form from Toyota.

My belief is when the order is raised it 'slots' into the system from there, one factory churning out 100,000 units a year is only 300 a day really - when you consider one Dealer in Brisbane took 90 orders in the first 4 days after release and then factor that right across Australia then look that US, Europe & Japan are bigger markets then there is sure to be delays

It will be interesting when someone who ordered AFTER June 18 makes a post and says their order has moved to 'production scheduled', then we will get a better idea of how things are going

Will be calling into my Dealer tomorrow just for a chat and a sit in the display car [and making vrooom vrooom noises!!] and see what he is up to date with

Will then make another post

Called Toyota and told them what I was told. While I was on the phone the lady helping me called the dealer. The next day (being today) I got my login details.
