Nah, sheetmetal and plastic is just...sheetmetal and plastic. 95% production ready means that the chassis, frame, and powertrain are all basically finished. They can dazzle up the concept all they want with nice flickering lights and bold sheetmetal, but at the core, its basically the car we're getting.
