amazon's laying off staff, twitter no longer counts, facebook dropping people.

we're on the cusp of a good number of things. a lot of people are holding their breath, waiting to see how different government arms react and what they attempt to implement to offer a correction to the situation.

imo, it's shaping up to be slightly more 'interesting' than 2020.

All indicators I've read about point to us essentially being at 2009 right now so I haven't been hopeful about it and your post isn't helping. But what can we do

It depends on your area. A lot of people left densely populated area's and moved to places like OR. My dad is a retired diesel mechanic and does real estate to stay busy. He is still listing and selling. Not to the levels of the last couple years, but it isn't slow. I know a bunch of tradesman, GC's, framers, plumbers, electricians. They are all still pretty booked up. My one good friend who is a carpenter and GC had to bring on a couple more guys to their crew recently. They can turn away jobs they don't want to do.

I can’t say one way or the other. I stopped paying attention to his view bait videos a long time ago. He seems like a nice guy, I just couldn’t get into watching him deliver a decade of collective wisdom as his own tips and tricks.

His side business is driven.media, he as of now only sells like taillight overlays and stickers.

His video's were not for me.

The Gingerbread Cookie thing for Georgia is real. I have probably eaten a lb of them in the last two weeks because people keep bringing them in, and they are one of my favorites.

Although I have to admit most of what I ate would be considered Gingersnaps not Gingerbread. I much prefer Gingersnaps which are close to Moravian Cookies popular in my native North Carolina.

I am now officially avoiding the break room because of this infestation. I just lost about 30lbs and trying hard not to backslide!
