I miss Roadkill, but now it is only on Motortrend on Demand. They even took down episodes off youtube

Lol I'll elaborate, but bare with the Army jargon.
Our new Battalion Sergeant Major directly tasked me with a "meet and greet PT" session (lulz) a couple days ago. I'm to run some 60 soldiers through a workout and it's also a great way to get an in with him and make good relations and flex our muscles for him. Yesterday our Sergeant Major said he wants to use our main gym and while I didn't expect that, I didn't see why not. I let my boss know he wanted to use it and if we couldn't, no big deal. The dude immediately pops off saying he already talked to our Sergeant Major and that they planned a workout program and that he would be running it. When I asked when he talked to him, he said 20min ago. This was impossible because 20min ago Sergeant Major was upstairs in the battalion building letting the other ranks greet him or kiss his ass after the change of responsibility ceremony. Myself and one other coach were the only ones there from our domain. And then 10mins prior to this, me and the Sergeant Major talked and planned out a program. The dude flips out saying that isn't true so he demands we go to the Sergeant Major and talk to him directly. I say sure and we go. When we get there he greets the Sergeant Major who had never met him before and was still tracking I was running it. Me and the Sergeant Major talk and my boss says nothing. They never planned anything, they never spoke, and I was still tasked out.

![]() How many Sergeant Majors are involved? Where does your "boss" fit into the chain of command (if at all)? What is "our domain"? However, I'm sure you will get it sorted out - |

Just the one battalion SM. And our boss is the lead for our brigade fitness program. But civilian and military don’t exactly manage each other. It’s more of we are a resource and a service for them. But you can’t exactly say no to the sergeant major if they want to use our facility.
