I'm on the "can't do it" list with my heart condition.

My wife gave a couple weeks ago and was weak and tired for a week. She decided that was the last time.

I should get back into my donation routine. Been lazy since covid. I'm CMV-negative so I feel a little bad about that. I figure there will be public calls for volunteers if there is ever a serious shortage.

So, you HAVE led a sheltered life -

Yep, get your big ass in there, a person your size should be good for at least a gallon per donation.

I've TRIED! Even with a doc's approval, they won't take more than a unit. Rules are rules.

Nothing. Everything went fine. Just not big turkey fans.

TIL (actually 2 weeks ago) that Disneyworld can disappoint children hours before they arrive at the park!

They have a new "virtual queue" system for their most popular new ride: "Guardians of the Galaxy"... you need to log into their app at 7am to get a timeslot to ride. The queue fills up in under 3 seconds - so if you have any glitch at all, its "sorry kids".

One can only hope that the new (old?) CEO will improve the park experience... not quite a "magical" as it used to be...
