I got my flossy knob today. I love it. The packaging is great, it's super heavy, and it's built well.
Only down side is that it doesn't align properly. Any non-tacky ways to fix this? Emailed the flossy shop in the mean time. ![]() ![]()

maybe tacky, but it was quick and free - i put a little ball of paper towel in the knob. otherwise, you can use a lockout nut, but idk how it would work/fit with the reverse ring.

Hey it's not tacky if I can't see it! I was thinking of a washer/spacer but that'd be tacky, Thank you for the idea this will probably end up being my solution.

Get yourself a nut (M12x1.25) and some washers. I had to do this to align mine as well. The knob is sitting up higher, and you can see some white between the shifter and the knob, but that I can live with, having my knob not aligned properly was driving me crazy!

Use Teflon tape to fix knob alignment. Can get it at any hardware store.

Here is a close-up. No issues getting into reverse. It took a bit to find the right nut & washers, since it has to be big enough for the shifter, but small enough to fit inside the shift knob. I am going to see about that teflon tape though, sounds like a better looking solution.

use some thread locker and then align it and leave it over night. It should be great in the morning. It work for me and there is no movement at all even thought it is not all the way screwed in.
