I'm hope that as you're are good neighbour, you are dumping the raked leaves on to the road.. That's the fashion in my local neighbourhood.

We've already blown all the leaves onto the lawns, and vacuumed up with the mower 3 times, and I have trees that have barely begun to drop their leaves.

The snow was a big problem for a lot of trees in the neighborhood. They still have too many leaves for snow. Lots of broken branches. I have to go out and trim my plum before the snow returns in a couple days.

The info given on that website is US based and I can't find any info on world birthday distribution.
