The campaign for COD MW2 is probably one of the best I've ever played since the original MW2. A lot of stealth and breaching ops. Weapon behavior was highly improved. One small gripe is the new Latino character. I think they used Google Translate to write his script because the Spanish sounds very weird, like word for word translating from English. Other than that, is a very well made game.

I should've worked from home. I feel like I'm back in 2009 and MW2 dropped, and I stayed up til late, show up to school (Work) the next day, waiting to be back home to hop back on.

The campaign is that good. No gung-ho missions and ridiculous dialogue, it feels like a movie.

Highly recommend switching your weapons to single-shot whenever breaching. The recoil is pretty realistic.

Working from home can never be an option in the weirdo part of IT that I work in. (it would be nice!)

It's not just the Spanish, and it's not just MW2 lol. Apparently the Russian in the original cod4:modern warfare was also pretty strange.

Yup, it was just weird, but not a huge drawback. Everything else was on point. Just one of those things that makes you cringe a little bit but then carry on with the task at hand.

Had to go look at Steam but the last version of COD I played was Black Ops in 2011. Completely lost interest in it after that. Don't remember why though. Probably lack of discounting on the pricing starting around then.

Which was exactly when I stopped playing too. Maybe MW3? "Recently" came back when the reboot was released. The campaign on the first one was very solid.

You should check out Black Ops Cold War, it's quite good and the atmosphere is great (speaking only about Single Player campaign).

Looking forward to MW II release, haven't played a decent Single Player FPS for quite a while.

I did, I couldn't quite play it, just didn't feel good. But I did enjoy the heck out of the weapons it brought to Warzone.

I actually started the campaign on MW II again, but on the highest difficulty, and still enjoy the hell out of it. Have to be even more careful and be approach buildings more tactically.

Downloaded Asseto Corsa on my PS4, it was like $4 for the Ultimate Edition or something like that. Since I do most of my driving on GT7 and I have to constantly fight with the settings on PC. Kind of looks like crap graphics wise and the G29 feels like is not fully compatible with the game, there's a slight delay on turning sensitivity. Is good fun. I'm just waiting for F1 season to be over so that F1 22 goes on sale.

Aside from that, CAPCOM is having a Halloween sale, which means most of the Resident Evil games should be fairly priced, haven't personally looked at the prices. Good fun to have before RE 4 releases, which I am absolutely stocked about.

Good time of the year for games, COD, God of War, Final Fantasy Crisis Core, Dead Space, Need For Speed Unbound, Callisto Protocol, and early next year Hogwarts Legacy and RE 4.
