My right foot was always the rev limiter. No torque up high anyhow. I don't understand why the same engine in a Karman Ghia would suddenly need a rev limiter. Now the fa20... If it wasn't for the limiter, I would have grenaded it long ago, probably many times over.

Oh and when I was looking them up to see what they cost now I discovered they were used as an option in pretty much all VW engines. I always thought it was just the Ghia since it was the only time I ran across it but apparently any and all could have had one.
