Don't have a current doc, once my insurance policy starts up in the next week or so I'll schedule my yearly physical and then ask.

Honestly I think I'm still dealing with long COVID from when I (I _think_) got it back in January 2020. Every 3 or so weeks I have a week of coughing so bad it's like bronchitis and it never really stops. Never happened before COVID period except for the occasional bout of bronchitis for a couple weeks, and even then the last time that happened was over 5 years ago. So I'll talk to the doctor about that too.

Crazy story:

I had that for years. Then I got a new car to commute in and it went away. I think there might have been mold or some crap in the air vents in the old car.

Moral of the story, did anything else change in late 2019/early 2020? You could just be breathing something bad every day without knowing it.

I had Pfizer #5 (new formula) and flu shot a week ago. No reaction from either. So far I've not had a single reaction to any of the Pfizer shots. Flu shot made my arm a little stiff but that was the extent of it.

No idea. I've changed where I live but that was in between this starting as well.

I suppose checking the car cabin filter would be a good idea, I think I haven't changed it in a couple years, maybe 10k miles? But it happens at home and outside. Could just be regular allergies too but I generally have other symptoms from allergies.

Today is the first day since COVID started we have no COVID patients in any of our 5 hospitals.

I’m still seeing people driving around in their cars or walking down the road alone with masks on. I would say it’s due to the dust, but dusty season isn’t till spring.

I've been seeing a fair number of people doing it for the wildfire smoke that keeps cycling through here.

My throat was pretty itchy while out and about yesterday... so it's not a bad idea. But unless it's an N95 it wouldn't be doing much for that kind of fine particulate.

I think it’s just the perpetuated mask wearing in general. Even medical personnel for the DoD aren’t required to wear one. So it’s obviously for the cliche uninformed. Though it could be a whole slew of things.
