Lol, I agree.. But, in BMW's defense, it's kind of brilliant. People come in left and right and pay extra for the M Sport packages on vehicles. The M steering wheel alone is much better than the standard one in the base trim BMWs. A car that blew my mind at the track last week was the X5 M. I didn't expect for it to feel as composed as the M5 on the track, but it really did. Good acceleration, good brakes, good steering feel, and neutral handling from my experience. Granted, I was only driving it at maybe 6/10ths, but it didn't skip a beat.
