AFAIK, no. At least not on Mk7 GTI's (what I have).

Acura is prob one of the worst now. Integra with manual is about $6000 more than the base trim...

Must have been another brand then. Could have sworn someone was charging more for the manual versions (without forcing a higher trim model).

Well there's Porsche. I believe currently on the 911 that the manual is a "no cost" option. But what's important to note here is that the manual was previously standard and the PDK transmission was a $3000-4000 option. They've basically made the PDK standard (with raised MSRP) so offering the manual as a no cost option means you're basically paying $3000-4000 for the privilege.

Would love to nab a 2023 but can’t justify a strictly 2 seater. At least with the twins I can throw the kids in back.

And that's why I'm considering the Civic type r as daily and FRS as a "weekend warrior".

That’s actually my plan too! Lol

We’re only getting a limited number of CTR’s in Canada so hopefully my allocation hits!

Clarification- only 500 SPECIAL EDITION (color) cars are being made in it US.

Also note that Toyota is still shit at updating options on the website and press info. 90% of people don't even know they offer a $12,000 carbon fiber wheel package for the past 2 years or a paint matched TRD spoiler and faux door duct delete panels.

The manual is an option on all 2023 3.0l cars. Outside of America CU Later Gray and other special edition bits are appearing as various interior options. Puerto Rico for example can still order the 21-22 red interior for 2023 with the 2 new US color options on a 3.0 premium.

I haven't seen a single MT Supra in dealer allocations, and I looked around at a lot of dealer inventories. Hopefully they'll ramp up? I mean they have to know that's what most people will be after. We had 3 years to get an auto Supra by now. They could make zero auto 2023's and I doubt it would ruffle a feather.

The dealer I finally got my GR86 from had a manual Supra on their site. I mentioned it to my salesman and he did one of these: It's actually an auto showing erroneously as a manual on their site. They had no way to fix it. Calls all day from everywhere about it. Looks like it's gone now, quite a relief I imagine.

I think once upon a time the idea of getting calls about Car A leading to a sale of Car B was a thing, but that is definitely dead for most Toyota dealers. Calls about unavailable cars are mostly a waste of time for everyone.

A91MT also gets new bracing in the engine bay which is a huge improvement over the stamped tubing they threw into the 21+ models. Oddly enough this was missing from all pre-production cars and still from all promo materials. They pretty much ripped off the Blitz/Cusco brace thats been out for a while-not that I'm complaining.

>5 have gotten to customers already it seems on the west coast. Most dealers have already bumped them up to 90k with the intention of keeping them in the showrooms it seems. I could be mis remembering but, IIRC Toyota is built the 500 a91 cars first before building the standard releases. I've seen 1 stratosphere blue in a customers hands already so who knows.

Here is. A91-MT for msrp +$900. It's got the very rare carbon wheels and mirror caps too.

wow that's bracing is a nice bonus. Definitely not an optional accessory? Like those wheels.. I had never heard of them before you mentioned. Then again, I never gave the Supra a closer look until recently.
