Civilian contractors are seriously the worst and take the smallest jobs and turn them into power moves. God I love Army and civilian drama lol

Rando: Sure thing Waffle. Do you know what a blue waffle is? hehehehehe
Waffle: ..........
Rando: So.... you like cars?
Waffle: Nope, hate them with a passion. I like public transportation, hopping on a city bus and smelling all the unique farts from other people I have no interest in.
Rando: So... you don't like cars?
Waffle: (how do I get out of talking to this guy?) My uh... my bus is here, 'scuse me as I blow outta here <climbs into a fun car and turns the key... battery is dead... shit>
i've gone to a few car meets. it usually goes better than that. walk around for 5 minutes, look at all the cars. then start talking about anything but the cars...

the best place for a non-starting car is a group full of car people. you'd learn about 100 different ways to start a dead battery in about 15 minutes!

Test drove a 2020 Lexus RC F Track edition today. One of 50 in the US. It is a gorgeous car that spares no expense on the details. I am better for having the experience but for the short amount of time I spent in it I felt the BRZ's handling is more precise and easier to predict.

That v8 sounds amazing. I pissed off a guy in a “standard” RC F a while back when I was trying to get a bit closer to hear it.

Reading the news about the Queen of England, I'm sure the end is pretty imminent. Which makes one think, though I've never obsessed myself with public figures and their lives, I cannot imagine myself when the moment to say goodbye to people like Sir David Attenborough who impacted so many lives through so many years.

She is 96 years old so not like the current situation is not exactly unexpected.
Considering that Prince Charles is well into his 70s he won't sit on the throne long!
I read recently that the Queen is one of only about 1,000 British WW2 Army veterans still alive.

Well yeah, not surprising at all. Never really followed their events and what not, I mean I know about them, because the inevitability of the cascade of news every time the family does something.

Her age is exactly what made me think on how I would react to, I don't want to say "lose", but stop hearing from people like S.D.A. Hell, even Jeremy Clarkson, Austin Stevens, Bill Nye, actors like Morgan Freeman, you know, people that influenced our lives. Life is nothing but a gasp. I still hurt whenever I think of people like Chester Bennington, if you're into early 2000s Alt Rock, he was the lead singer of Linkin Park, which was the very first band I had an album from and heavily influenced my passion for guitars, along with Carlos Santana.
