TIL all about the parking lot that is DC at rush hours. If you are to the west of DC after 2pm, you are better off waiting til 7 before trying to cross/go around it.

I did buy a nice hat though.

TIL that after seen the movie "Shawshank Redemption", it is impossible to read Steven King's novella "Rita Hayworth and Shawshank Redemption" without reading it in your head in Morgan Freeman's voice.

Yea, it's just this ugly thing at the end of a barren parking lot next to one of the dams. I started laughing the first time I saw it.

Today I learned that you can walk through history and not appreciate it.. Only then to look back with rose tinted glasses appreciating it..

No idea what I've written means but I'm sure I'll appreciate it tomorrow..
