Will sound deadening the car reduce vibrations?

Hi everyone, I plan on sound deadening my doors and trunk for added cruising comfort. I know that it wont do much in regards to reducing the loudness of the exhaust. Just want to know if sound deadening the car will reduce the vibrations felt inside the cabin made by the exhaust?

It will reduce the sound of exhaust.
It will not noticeably reduce vibration.

Sound deadening wont, but a lot of people have had some success with reducing vibrations using specific exhaust hangars (made by Subaru STi). I haven't tried personally, so I cannot comment:

You'd be better off playing with resonators to kill drone, like a vibrant ultra quiet resonator added on-top.

The JDM hangers from my experience kill 5-10% of drone if that. Tagrets very specific frequencies.
I've tried different combinations of stock vs JDM. Currently I have just the rear two muffler hangers swapped with JDM style. The OEM are stiffer and keep the exhaust from moving around too much.
