TIL that there is a type of person that doesn't pull over for emergency vehicles until they have held up said vehicle even though there's a nice big emergency lane on a mostly empty road.

No, I was just in front of someone who was tailgating me (driving a tinted Nissan of course) and clearly saw the flashing lights behind them, I pulled over and they went right by and eventually pulled over like a mile down the road, almost causing an accident when she attempted to jump the car in front of them and almost ran into the back of the fire truck which slowed down because there was a red light.
