Just ordered Miller engine, transmission and diff oil.. and associated washers...

Wish to learn what is the difference between 170 and 130 oil filters.. Both Subaru items, one is just slightly taller...

All other parameters being the same, the taller filter will have a greater surface area in the filter, resulting in less pressure loss across the filter and higher particulate capacity.

That's interesting, as I've seen the XVR filter advertised as suitable for the Twin, it's taller.. I've ordered the 130 which I think is the stumpy fat one..

TIL Porsche has changed the meaning of the word "Turbo". When used with their BEV's it refers to quicker recharge times and not an exhaust powered intake compressor.

I'm guessing the marketing department used a turbo of either sort to use that term on an BEV.

Meh it has meant a lot of things that had nothing do do with compressors over the years.
