@Jason@Nameless may I ask what microphone are you using? Omnidirectional?
As you may know cardioid mics are biased, typically less response at low frequency, but that probably doesn't matter since it's not the super low frequencies that are typically the problem.

Those who know binary and those who don't!

Sounds good Jason; I WILL buy a product from you, it's just whenever you get around to making (which it seems like you'll do).

So how can I get plate frames?

And my waiting will continue even farther.

In the mean time, a milled shift knob with the nameless logo on it might sell well and could be a cost effective product.

Oh, and when does the turbo manifold come out?

If it's a good clone of an Integra Type-R one I'd buy it immediately assuming it wasn't TWM cost. (which is why I haven't bought the TWM one).

This is an DC5-R one but similar: http://www.optionsauto.com/prodinfo....mber=HON-TRSK2

Integra Type-R shift knob on google returns results of various pics, hard to determine clone or real from the pics though.

Interesting. Yeah the plastic ones were intended as freebies with every order. We also have front plate deletes (incase some jerkwad drilled your bumper) in process right now and I can draw up a two piece metal frame for the laser cutter really easily. Main frame as well as a bolt through backing plate to hi-light the logo and then offer powdercoat on the main plate frame optional (brushed stainless otherwise) with an aluminum backing plate that can either be powdercoated in another color or anodized.

Will be bling. No welding. Unless you just want to add a ton of cost and some serious mad max style looks.

Don't tell these people we make mugs out of our fancy in house exhaust tips!! Everyone is going to want one.

I bought a Rode Videomic. It's a condenser and is directional:

Directionality:

Some kind of frequency graph I just copied the url for and didn't even look at:

Hell yeah, suspension:

I read a lot about mics for exhaust and it was this mic or one from audio technica.

Jason, funny you should mention the sound preview meetup. Had a local member here PM me yesterday from this thread. He's planning to come over and give my axleback a listen. Any other 86 owners in the Houston area are welcome to do the same.
