Does anyone have experience with sales and/or service at Otto's Subaru vs Ogilvie Subaru? It looks like ordering is going to be much faster via Subaru than through Toyota, so I might just go place an order at Subaru. Toyota basically told me that delivery timeframe is sometime between fall and 2025.

Looking to order a GR86 Premium in Ottawa in the not too distant future. Any suggestions on good dealers to deal with? They all seem to have the same story (put down a refundable deposit and it will show up in the next year likely). As always, west is best

Also, anyone open to showing me their car? Not looking to drive it, just look around. Can offer up a coffee or a beer in exchange?

If you use Facebook the FT86 club of Ottawa has some Gen 2 owners that would be happy to show you their cars.

I got mine at Ogilvie's and it was hassle free as I was paying cash and they had a pre-order for the configuration that I wanted.

I do my own basic service so I can't comment on that.

If I don't get any takers here it's off to kijiji land.

been a proud owner of the FRS 11 years now.

Still very much enjoy driving the car.

All the mods to date have performed flawlessly and I would recommend.
OFT tablet 9 years no issues
OFT Header 9 years no issues and not pulled over for noise issues
perrin resonated exhaust 9 yrs no issues
raceseng lightweight pulleys all 5 no issues 9 years

stoptech brakes pads and rotors very good for street use
spark plugs 190000 kms and no need to change
Klutch rims. 9 years getting old but still make the car pop!!

Hopefully get a few more years out of her.
