Got my desktop yesterday and got it all updated and stuff. When I plug my 2 ultrawide monitors, desktop will not change the resolution to 2560x1080. I went to display setting to see if I can change it. It doesn't even give an option for 2560x1080. I ordered new cable to see if this fixes the issue. Online claims this pc's graphic can handle 4k and supported resolution have 2560x1080.

I'm a bit lost...

Make sure the PC is properly identifying the monitor type and not just a "generic monitor". That could be the issue. May need to see if the manufacturer has specific drivers for it.

Are you on an NVIDIA or AMD GPU.

PC is identified what type of monitor it is... at least I can see that they named it "LG Monitor". JIC I did update the driver as well. Still no go.

two 2560x1080 displays is more than 4K pixels. Need a real graphics adapter.
