Got some new toys today. None of my old cast iron jack stands made it to Idaho.

I feel like young anime Otaku... especially local ones are very aggressive on anime talk/debate.
Today, I was talking w a friend about recent anime he saw. He's still new to anime and figuring out which anime genre he likes and don't like. He tells me he enjoyed watching A Silent Voice (anime movie), so I told him how that movie was good and I liked more than Your Voice (another anime movie). Friend of friend (aka stranger to me) came and start ranting off how he "strongly" disagree and how wrong I was. He went off for a while... which I didn't bother listening. I just responded "Good for you, IDC what you like." He didn't like my comment and claim he is an expert in anime & he have been watching anime near a decade. I so wanted to tell him, I've bee n watching anime BEFORE he was even born... but I just gave a thumb up and said "Cool story" and went back talking with a friend. Of course, these kind of shit happens in every area, but I get these things more in anime fans more than others. |

I forgot how much work riding a dirt bike in the sand was. My arms are toast.

Work just bought a personal safety thingy "She's Birdie" (?) for concern staff who get off at night. I just tested out to see how loud it was, it claims alarm makes 130dbs noise. I was expecting to be loud... but it wasn't loud at all. I have heard Honda w tin-can exhaust make louder noise than this thing lol
