Such a cute little oven.
Ours were 60 feet long and 12 feet wide and could do dozens of leaves at a time. Mind you we are not talking the same springs!

so the sister is having a 1-year birthday party for her son.
she's got this idea, (other than screwing up my saturday for cake) to do a sort of time capsule box. we all put something in it, and she'll have him open it when he turns 18. this has got to be the hardest gift thing ever. how do i pick something of interest for someone 17 years into the future? if someone had done that for me, i likely would've ended up with a collection of koosh balls and pogs... first idea was a letter, which 18-35 year old me has no interest in, both writing, or reading. "hey little guy, you can't talk now, and walk like a drunkard, i can't wait to see you drive a car!"... second idea was something that expires in 16 years, but coming up blank on what that could be. third idea was a bitcoin or similar. either it'll gain significantly, or tank hilariously. i'm thinking $25 max... any other ideas? they're all a 17 year long shot in the dark

To release my stress, trolled a kid on the YouTube comment section. It was pretty entertaining. Kid just keep stating “article said blah blah blah, so it’s a fact.” Kiddo, article can say whatever they want. All they care is a click from dumb fuck like you lol
In the end, he came to “destroy” my facts by saying “who gives a shit!” Yes, cuz that’s total fact destroyer comeback lmfao |

I'd give him a US Savings Bond. You can buy one for $25. When adjusted for inflation in 17 years, it will be worth maybe $5 or so.

A manilla envelop so the sister doesn't see... In it buy a cheap 10+year EE Savings Bond in his name, and a dirty magazine. Be the best uncle you can be.

After 7th try, finally got to the size I’m happy w. Now just take away some sharp edges & test out to see PLF or ABS, which plastic work best.
