supercharger or turbo?

I'm not sure what I want to do. Knowing this is more of a dream then anything. I'm leaning to the blower due to building many V8s plus I've seen the turbo kit thats out and it seem like its close close to the ground for me. Knowing the ups and downs with both blowers or turbos. I'm at a loss. First 4cly

Fair enough.

On topic, I am going Turbo. The simplicity of AVO's kit is exactly what I want in my car. I understand and respect other people have other needs. Their reputation for reliability and their rigorous testing on actual driving conditions is amazing.

It also helps how it fits into the budget.

Happy modding everyone!

I am going AVO doesn't matter what Perrin does with their kit. I love the AVO Dyno curve, and have always preferred TC over SC by their definition.

I'm going with a supercharger for sure. but i might use the flow bench i have at work and design a custom plenum with a big Laminova Core intercooler (overkill for a purpose) to run a Eaton R1320 TVS under plenum kind of like the Tuner challenge winners car but have the plenum made out of plastic if possible (weight savings), instead of the sprintex kit which i am considering.

I"ve heard this a few times now. I"ve never had a turbo. What exactly do you have to do to properly maintain a turbo, or does it depend on which one you get?

If someone already started a thread on this question, please send me link,

thanks..
