Picked up these https://www.ebay.com/itm/162202829703 almost three years ago from an outfit in Michigan. Tack-welded them in a couple of spots to the OEM catback on my '14 and have been very pleased with the result.

We got a new race track very close to our city (finally). Our club was lucky enough to be one of the first on track yesterday. Here’s a video a friend took from his BRZ, I’m in the FRS that changes to leader part way through the video.

What with the crazy unpredictable price of gas lately, I decided to do an experiment.
My average gas mileage over at least the last five years has been 28.3 mpg. So I wanted to see what kind of mileage I could get if I really tried. This all on 93 octane BJ's gas by the way. For three days I drove like I had an insurance dongle attached. (Short shifting, coasting as much as possible and stepping on the gas like I was stepping on an egg.) I managed a whooping 32.4 mpg. A whole 4.1 mpg increase! What a waste of time! If I wanted to save on gas I could use 91 octane. Or maybe I should just be driving a Prius. This is not what this car was designed for. Experiment is over, not worth it, back to normal. I love this car. |

mostly city and some highway. no track time, as funds are being diverted elsewhere
easy. it's my fun car, and it's most fun when it's singing it's way to redline leaving every stop light. doesn't mean i'm flooring it, usually just holding each gear till i run out of revs or get bored with the noise. if i wanted economy, i would've bought a whole prius instead of just the tires!

Bought some RPF1s from a fellow FRS owner.
here they are on my firestorm 255/40/17 17x9 +35 fronts are kinda aggressive because camber is at like 0.1 degrees, lol. 2020 dampers with RCE Yellows. I originally had 3mm spacers on them but they work fine without them even with 255s suprisingly. Plus the extra 3mm made it poke out too much. |

Did you need to pull out camber to make it clear the struts or is that just where it's sitting for the time being? |
