Drained out the tranny and diff fluids, and wiped all the metal off the plugs. There was a good bit, car has about 1300 miles on it. After I did that, I decided it might be good to put stuff back in. So then I put MT85 in the tranny and M1 75-90 in the diff (already had it laying around). I might try the motul next time since everyone else seems to like it. There's an annoying amount of bolts securing the aero panel. Yay.

Did the first oil change at 1450. Found out my old jack only lifts up to 15". Just barely enough for me to get to the drain plug and not tall enough for my jack stands to fit under the car, So a new jack is on the list. Other than that it is do easy to change the oil and filter. 10mm for the skid pan hatch and a 17mm for the drain plug.

Swapped lug nuts over to the Subaru black "locking" type. Please excuse the dirty car. Spring melt is taking forever this year (and we are getting 1-2 feet more snow this coming week...)

I never looked but lucky you, I've got another set waiting to go on my wife's WRX, so I can compare.
I won't bother trying to take a picture, no way I'll get it in focus. The threads on both are probably equally "rough" but the black ones have much sharper tops to the threads than the stock ones. The stock ones look more like an acme screw (not completely obviously, just trying to illustrate what I'm talking about).
