Just quoting my prediction before we knew anything. I didn't follow testing, so I guess I'm sticking with it lol.

I’m hoping that Merc lets George and Lewis race and keep the team orders to a minimum. I have a hunch that George will be very very quick in that car.
At this point, I have no idea on the order. Max did have the fastest time…. But HAAS was 2nd on the board too lol. I think all the teams are sandbagging; the question is “how much?” I still think Merc and RBR will be up at the top, but I’m hoping Ferrari and Mclaren are up there too and that the rest of the field will be very close and swapping positions from race to race.

I'd like to see Nico win the race. What a story that would be.

Charles
Max George Carlos in 4th or 5th. Error forces Lewis out of the top 5.

Testing I doubt was a great indicator. Cars on fire, sandbagging, etc. Hard to figure however quali will be a good gauge of how the race will go and even practice.

It wasn’t. But at the same time it is hard to hide for the teams still having the proposing issue. Merc had it bad.

I think this is Ferrari's championship to loose. The Ferrari will edge out the rest of the field in certain areas and will win a few races until the rest of the field engineers a way to decrease that advantage.
George is the new Lewis, Lewis is the new Valtteri. George will walk all over Lewis this year until Lewis cries foul. The George will "turn in on me man" because Lewis. Mclaren will also be winning occasionally. Possibly the first race? I dont know why I said that. I have a feeling. Also a Mclaren fan tho, so, it could be inner bias. Redbull will be a familiar presence on the podium and will most likely win both championships bc Ferrari will mess it up. I will predict the constructors at least. Gasley will be a driving force but will have mistakes. Alonso will get frustrated with Alpine Mick or K-Mag will do something amazing in the Haas. Williams will loose to Haas. Wild guesstimates

As much of a Mercedes fan that I am, I'm also rooting hard for McLaren, because I want them to return to their former glory. Also because Lando and Ric are easily the most lovable characters out there.

BTW. F1 Season officially starts in a few hours!!. Didn't give much importance to testing, but Free Practice is a better indicator on where teams stand, at least by the second one.
