Yesterday while getting a gas at the Costco, idiot swipe my rear bumper. Instead of owning up to the error, this idiot drove off. 2 other people saw this incidence. So I'll make that idiot regret it. I've file a police report and police will be looking at the security cams to get the number. Let's hope can see the plate number.

I believe the answer from the police in most of these incidents is "there is nothing we can do".

Google Maps with Sat View on. All that Green on the East Coast isn't because we like to paint or roads and homes green.

In the Atlanta area there are so many trees it literally "snows" measurable levels of green pollen in the Spring, which I guess does paint everything we own green so there may be some relationship there.

Depends on the local law. In Georgia, because its an at fault state, if there is evidence on the camera the person (or at least the owner of the car) would be found and charged leaving the scene of a vehicular accident as well as being assigned responsible for the damages.
